NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 13th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 945, in Volume DI, Folio 49/408, File No. MMXXU, by our client, Maverick Kagecha, of P.O. Box 21290– 00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Teddy Maverick Lumumba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Teddy Maverick Lumumba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maverick Kagecha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Maverick Kagecha only.
