ACT
NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods
Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and the Authority of the court
siting in Busia Law Miscellaneous Application No. E84/2025, to the
owners/ custodian of the following motor cycle lying at Nambale
Police station are informed to collect them within thirty (30) days from
the date of this publication and pay the cost of this publication, failure
to which M/S Ikimwanya Auctioneers are authorized to sale them
through public Auction without any other notice nor reference to the
owner;
