ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to Kipevu
Inland Container Depot Limited and / or MAERSK to take delivery of
Container No. SUDU – 8843799 from Gatune Engineering Yard based
at Bonje, Mombasa County, within thirty (30) days from the date of
this publication, upon payment of all storage charges together with
other costs including the cost of this publication, failure to which the
same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the
proceeds of the sale be defrayed against accrued charges/costs and the
balance if any, shall remain at the owners credit but should there be a
shortfall the owners shall be liable thereof.
