REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mitchele Kambua Kilonzo, of P.O. Box 85669– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 16744/II/MN, situate in Mombasa in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. C.R. 82420, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
