THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Margaret Mathuri, as administrator to the estate of
Adriano Peter Mathuri Ngondi (deceased), of P.O. Box 24–60113,
Kiritiri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that
piece of land containing 0.0137 hectare or thereabouts, known as
Nairobi/Block 111/1467, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas
sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate
of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new
certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
