THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS (1) Richard Crenville Russel Evans and (2) Jytte
Evans, both of P.O. Box 267, Watamu in the Republic of Kenya, are
registered proprietors in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece
of land known as Plot No. 501-Kilifi, situate in Watamu in the Kilifi
District, registered under certificate of title No. C.R. 17459, and
whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said
certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a
certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
