THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Ethel Yvone Queen Kibibi Mwarp, is registered
proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land
known as Mtondia/Roka/115, situate in Kilifi County, and whereas
sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed in
respect of the said piece of land is lost or destroyed, notice is given
that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall
issue a certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received
within that period.
