REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Shantilal Maganlal Goshrani and (2) Renuka Shantilal Goshrani, both of P.O. Box 3622–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that property known as Apartment No. 1003, on 10th Floor, erected on that piece of land registered as L.R. No. 1/1341, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. No. 210889, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
