REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Mwadzenga Mkala, (2) Mbeyu Nyamawi Mbogo, (3) George Ngome Mkala, (4) Mary Lazaro Ngome, (5) Naomi Lazaro Ngome, (6) Agness Lazaro Mkala, (7) Nelly Nyadzua Mkala, (8) Samwel Nyundo Mkala and (9) Rose Mkala Kibumi, all of P.O. Box 54, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.067 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Kilifi County, registered under title No. Kilifi/Mtwapa/8732, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
