REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Joseph Irungu Nduati (ID/0579598) and (2) Ann Muthoni Gakere, both of P.O. Box 39424–00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 4.80 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc. 7/Ichagaki/1304, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
