THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hanna Wanja Mwihu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Njoro/Njoro Block 2/312, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E6 of 2023, has issued grant in favour of Peter Nderitu Mwihu, and whereas the said Court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of Hanna Wanja Mwihu (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Peter Nderitu Mwihu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hanna Wanja Mwihu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
