THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Margaret Wanjiru Chege, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0511 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruiru West Block 1 (Githunguri)/1485, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E109 of 2022, has directed the name of Margaret Wanjiru Chege be cancelled and replaced with that of Henry Mbugu Chege, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Margaret Wanjiru Chege is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Margaret Wanjiru Chege, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
