THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Japhlet Mwangi Mucheru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.283 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Loc. 11/Maragi/3995, situate in Murang’a County, and whereas the Chief Magistratae’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E639 of 2022, has issued grant letters of administration to Beatrice Waithira Kamau (ID/12989534), and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Japhlet Mwangi Mucheru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
