REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Nyawira Maina (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Marmanet/North/Rumuruti Block 2/1564 (Ndurumo) and Sipili/Donyoloip Block 2/10971 (Mutukanio), situate in Laikipia County, and whereas the Chief Magistratae’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 10 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of (1) Janet Wangechi Maina and (2) Agnes Nyawira Kibira, and whereas the said (1) Janet Wangechi Maina and (2) Agnes Nyawira Kibira has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deeds in respect of the said piece of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (1) Janet Wangechi Maina and (2) Agnes Nyawira Kibira, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Mary Nyawira Maina (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
