GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 84

WHEREAS Bernard Kamau Kemoche alias Bernard Kimoche Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 3.03 and 6.07 hectares or thereabout, known as Gaturi/Weru/802 and Gaturi/Weru/194, respectively, situate in Embu County, and whereas the Chief Magistratae’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E95 of 2021, has issued grant letters of administration to Lawrence Wambugu Kemoche, and whereas the said Lawrence Wambugu Kemoche has executed an application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in respect of the said pieces of land, and whereas the land title deeds in respect of the said pieces of land are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietors by transmission in the name of Lawrence Wambugu Kemoche, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bernard Kamau Kemoche alias Bernard Kimoche Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
