THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS David Nyoike Waiyaki alias Nyoike Waiyaki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Karuna/Sosiani Block 2 (Progressive)/122, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E2497 of 2021, has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Tanya Waitherero Nduati and (2) Edwin Michael Kimani, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title in the name of to (1) Tanya Waitherero Nduati and (2) Edwin Michael Kimani, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to David Nyoike Waiyaki alias Nyoike Waiyaki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
