REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Lisutsa Ernest Mukabale (deceased), is the registered proprietor of that piece of land known as Kakamega/Shitochi/1923, situate in the district of Kakamega, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E1861 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Gerenina Khasungu Nakachi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Lisutsa Ernest Mukabale (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has THE KENYA GAZETTE 3rd January, 2025 been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R. 39 and L.R. 50, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Lisutsa Ernest Mukabale (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
