THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kabur Abumba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nandi/Kapsengere/39, situate in the Nandi County, and whereas the Senior Principal Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E132 of 2020, has issued letters of administration in favour of Stephen Kiprono, and whereas all efforts have been made to recover the said land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of said instrument of transmission and issue land title deed to Stephen Kiprono, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Peter Kabur Abumba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
