THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Abdulrahaman Mwakaphola (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Mabokoni/536, situate in the Kwale County, and whereas the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E135 of 2023, has vested the property to (1) Mohamed Mohamed Mwachumba and (2) Mwanarusi Mohamed Mwavinji as trustees, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Mohamed Abdulrahaman Mwakaphola (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and the certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mohamed Abdulrahaman Mwakaphola (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
