NOTICE is given pursuant to sections 6 and 7 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the Laws of Kenya, Notice is given to the owners of motor vehicles reg. Nos. KAQ 594L and KAJ 179V, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are currently lying at Sam’s Auto Garage, situated at South B, within Nairobi City County, within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of the cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed by public auction by Charlton Auctioneers and the proceeds of the sale be defrayed against accrued charges without further notice to the owner.
