NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1541, in Volume DI, Folio 214/1202, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Christopher Nkiyokai Lesapari, formerly known as Christopher Waweru Kamau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Christopher Waweru Kamau and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christopher Nkiyokai Lesapari for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Christopher Nkiyokai Lesapari only.
