NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd August, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1540, in Volume DI, Folio 214/1203, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Peter Ndiritu Njuguna, formerly known as Peter Kahinyika Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Peter Kahinyika Njuguna and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Peter Ndiritu Njuguna for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Peter Ndiritu Njuguna only.
