NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th April, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1100, in Volume DI, Folio 313/2098, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Caroline Wanja Njeri, of P.O. Box 53– 00219, Karuri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Caroline Wanja Kariuki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Caroline Wanja Kariuki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Caroline Wanja Njeri for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Caroline Wanja Njeri only.
