NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th Novemberh, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1560, in Volume DI, Folio 10154/2075, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Birgen Jenniffer Chepkirui, of P.O. Box 1186–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Ngetich Jenniffer Chepkirui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Ngetich Jenniffer Chepkirui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Birgen Jenniffer Chepkirui for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Birgen Jenniffer Chepkirui only.
