REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Mukula Muthoka, of P.O. Box 30016–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that Maisonette No. 25 on Athi View Phase I erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12715/12386, situate in North West of Athi River Township in Machakos District, by virtue of a sub-lease registered as I.R. 160890/1, and whereas a charge has been registered in favour of KCB Bank Kenya Limited, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said sub-lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
