REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wanjiru Kariuki alias Wanjiru Jackson (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.15 hectares or thereabout situate in the district of Nairobi, known as Dagoretti/Uthiru/1244, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E243 of 2017, has issued a grant of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Edward Kibui Kariuki, of P.O. Box 245–00625, Kangemi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
