REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dorita Lasinder Macharia as administrator of the estate of Gichuhi Ndirangu Macharia (deceased), is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1825 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 94/115, whereas the High 28th February, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. E2031 of 2021 has issued grant in faovour of Dorita Lasinder Macharia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
