REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Salim Madatally Manji and (2) Navida Salim Manji, both of P.O. Box 63359–00619, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as 28th February, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE L.R. No. 214/303 (Original No. 214/79/6 and 214/81/7) situate in city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, pursuant to a deed of conveyance dated 15th December, 1978 and registered in the Government land registry at Nairobi in Volume N36 Folio 144/7 File 11318 (herein referred to as “the property”), and whereas sufficient has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is evidence lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the proprietors have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya against all claims that may be made after reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
