REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Hassan Mohamed Ali and (2) Salimu Swaleh Abdalla, the administrators of the estate of Salima binti Ahmid Mbarak Bahsawan, (2) Baraka binti Awathi bin Hamid and (3) Mariam binnti Ahmid Mbarak Bashawan (deceased), all of P.O. Box 5116–80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in fee simple interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. Mere/Malindi/135, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, and registered in Mombasa land registry under title LT. 19, Folio 226/3, File 757, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said indenture thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
