REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vomorono Limited, a limited liability company duly incorporated in the Republic of Kenya with registration No. C.94843, of P.O. Box 3811, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Eldoret/Municipality Block 2/51/1, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
