REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kenga Family, of P.O. Box 82, Narok in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the county of Narok, registered under title No. CIS Mara/Olchoro/46, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the register under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
