REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rosemary Mueni Mwasiya (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land known as North Teso/Kocholia/889 and North Teso/Kamuriai/1478, situate in the county of Busia, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Malaba in Succession Cause No. 7B of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Munuel Mutua Omboko, whereas the said land title deeds issued earlier to Rosemary Mueni Mwasiya (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Rosemary Mueni Mwasiya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
