REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mishak Muchere Omumasaba (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as South Teso/Angoromo/2128, situate in the county of Busia, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Busia in Succession Cause No. 90 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Samuel Mukola Muchere, (2) Buluma Muchere Ibrahim and (3) Albert Muchere Obuka, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Mishak Muchere Omumasaba (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mishak Muchere Omumasaba (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
