REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kavai Lihanda Japheth alias Japheth Kavai Lihanda (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.48 hectare or thereabouts, known as North Maragoli/Gavudia/795, situate in the sub-county of Sabatia, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Hamisi in Succession Cause No. 132 of 2021, has issued letters of administration in favour of Edith Injairu Kavai, and whereas the said Edith Injairu Kavai has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Edith Injairu Kavai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kavai Lihanda Japheth alias Japheth Kavai Lihanda (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
