THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gathaiya Nduati (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.9 hectares or thereabout, known as Nguirubi/Thigio/1063, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Limuru in Succession Cause No. E29 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration to Samuel Njuguna Wathiru, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Gathaiya Nduati (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed to Samuel Njuguna Wathiru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gathaiya Nduati (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
