GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2550

WHEREAS (1) Kagunyi Ruoro alias Solomon Kagunyi Ruoro (deceased) and (2) Nganga Kanina, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 1.80 acres or thereabout, known as Chania/Kanyoni/1233, situate in the district of Gatundu and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Gatundu in Succession Cause No. E2 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Joseph Ruoro Ngugi (ID/4931407), (2) Peter Mwangi Ngugi (ID/9271600) and (3) Paul Wainaina Ngugi (ID/14687423), all of P.O. Box 1404, Thika in Kenya, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Joseph Ruoro Ngugi (ID/4931407), (2) Peter Mwangi Ngugi (ID/9271600) and (3) Paul Wainaina Ngugi (ID/14687423), and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Kagunyi Ruoro alias Solomon Kagunyi Ruoro (deceased) and (2) Nganga Kanina, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
