REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Elias Gikeri Benson (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.5 acre or thereabouts, registered under title No. Loc.16/Mwagu/233, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kandara in Succession Cause No. E76 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letter to Anna Nyamachuhi Gikeri (ID/2013148), and all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Anna Nyamachuhi Gikeri (ID/2013148), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Elias Gikeri Benson (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
