REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Duncan Njuguna Njoroge (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.37 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Loc. 18/Githima/1010, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. E317 of 2010, has issued grant and confirmation letter in favour of Veronica Wanjiru Njuguna (ID/1990241), of P.O. Box 18, Kigumo, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Duncan Njuguna Njoroge (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Duncan Njuguna Njoroge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
