REGISTRATION

WHEREAS P. Ngugi W. Ng’ang’a (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.5 acres or thereabout, registered under title No. Loc.6/Gikarangu/71, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Milimani Commercial Chief Magistrate’s Court in Succession Cause No. E156 of 2023, has issued grant and confirmation letter in favour of (1) Charles Ngugi Njaramba (ID/3575778), (2) John Kamande Ngugi (ID/19937054) and (3) Priscilla Wairimu Ngugi (ID/7184695), all of P.O. Box 277, Maragua, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to P. Ngugi W. Ng’ang’a (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of R.L. 19 and R.L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said P. Ngugi W. Ng’ang’a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 28th February, 2025. E. M.
