GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2554

WHEREAS Zipporah Nduta Mwaniki alias Zipporah Nduta w/o Mwaniki (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.9 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyeri/Mweiga/314, situate in Nyeri County, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in Succession Cause No. 440 of 2005, has issued letters of administration to (1) Thomas Mwaniki and (2) Sarah W. Mwaniki as the administrators and beneficiaries are (1) Thomas Mugweru Mwaniki, (2) Jeremiah Mwaura Mwaniki and (3) Julius Ngari Mwaniki, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said (1) Thomas Mwaniki and (2) Sarah W. Mwaniki as the administrators and (1) Thomas Mugweru Mwaniki, (2) Jeremiah Mwaura Mwaniki and (3) Julius Ngari Mwaniki as the beneficiaries, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Zipporah Nduta Mwaniki alias Zipporah Nduta w/o Mwaniki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
