REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephano Mwaura Thoto alias Stephano Mwaura Thoto (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Longonot/Kijabe Block 3/1977, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the land title deed was issued to Teresia Njeri Mwaura (ID/2903165) under unclear circumstances, and whereas the office has summoned all the concerned parties and conducted the necessary hearing thereof, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by personal representatives (1) John Kiash Mwaura, (2) Jackson Wambiga Kiarie Mwaura and (3) Francis Waweru Mwaura that the land belongs to the deceased, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued to Teresia Njeri Mwaura (ID/2903165) and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall open a green card and register Stephano Mwaura Thoto as the proprietor provided no valid objection has been received within that period.
