THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kilonzi Nzenge (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Matinyani/Kasaini/51, situate in the district of Kitui and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E285 of 2023, has issued letters of administration in favor of (1) Winfred Kawila Kilonzi and (2) Nzenge Kilonzi, and whereas the said (1) Winfred Kawila Kilonzi and (2) Nzenge Kilonzi, have executed land application to be registered as proprietors by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kilonzi Nzenge (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kilonzi Nzenge (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
