GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2567

WHEREAS Mbulu Munyeke Muomo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Konza South/Konza South Block 5 (Konza)/1263, situate in the district of Makueni, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Machakos in Succession Cause No. 71 of 2012, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) William Muteti Mbulu and (2) Raphael M. Mbulu, and whereas the said (1) William Muteti Mbulu and (2) Raphael M. Mbulu have executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19, and whereas the land title deed in respect of Mbulu Munyeke Muomo (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of (1) William Muteti Mbulu and (2) Raphael M. Mbulu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbulu Munyeke Muomo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 28th February, 2025. S. M.
