THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilson Olewe Rapemo (deceased), of P.O. Box 186, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as W. Kasipul/Kodera Karabach/1139, situate in the sub-county of Rachuonyo South, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Oyugis in Succession Cause No. 63 of 2020, has issued grant in favour of (1) Daniel Okinda Raro, (2) Nyarindi SDA Church and (3) Access Road, all of P.O. Box 186, Oyugis in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed, and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and L.R.A. 39 and issue a land title deed to (1) Daniel Okinda Raro, (2) Nyarindi SDA Church and (3) Access Road, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilson Olewe Rapemo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
