AMENDMENT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 42 (2) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, notice is given that the County Government of Lamu intends to revise the above plan. A copy of the proposed amendment has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at P.O. Box 74–80502, Mokowe and at County Executive Committee Member Office, Lamu County Headquarters. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the proposed amendments may send the same to dir.physicalplanning@lamu.go.ke not later than 12th March, 2025, stating grounds upon which they are made.
