THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

(No. 13 of 2019)

EXTENSION

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 18th February, 2025, completed. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the County Director of Physical Planning office, Ardhi House, Third Floor or at the Naivasha Sub-County Physical Planning office between 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named part development plans may within sixty (60) days send the same to County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Physical planning, Housing and Urban Development, P.O. Box 2870–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, and such representation or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Dated the 21st February, 2025.
