NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners/custodian of the following motor cycles and motor vehicle lying at Kamkunji Police Station are informed to collect them within thirty (30) days from 6th January, 2025 the date of this publication and pay the cost of this notice failure to which M/s Niki Auctioneers is authorized to sell them through public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owner.
