NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th February, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 890, in Volume DI, Folio 912/1621, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Abdi Fatah Yusuf Adan, formerly known as Abdi Yussuf Muhumed, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Abdi Yussuf Muhumed, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdi Fatah Yusuf Adan for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdi Fatah Yusuf Adan only.
