NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th November, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 638, in Volume DI, Folio 41/343, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Patience Nyariara Murdoch, of 54, Huntly Avenue, Deans, Livingstone, EH54, 8EX, formerly known as Patience Nyariara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Patience Nyariara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Patience Nyariara Murdoch for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Patience Nyariara Murdoch only.
