NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 19th July, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1340, in Volume DI, Folio 906/784, File No. MMXXIV, by our client Faith Wambui Muturi, formerly known as Muturi Abidah Wambui, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Muturi Abidah Wambui and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faith Wambui Muturi for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Faith Wambui Muturi only.
